GuildPass – Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By subscribing to and using GuildPass ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GuildPass provides automated management of Discord roles for eligible Discord servers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and you must have the necessary permissions to manage the Discord server to which you connect GuildPass.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered as a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices and features may change, but we will not retroactively change charges for past periods.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing method provided (such as a Stripe billing portal) or by contacting support. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of the Service owner.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GuildPass for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, or fraud. The Service may be suspended or terminated if abuse is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or access, arising from or in connection with your use of GuildPass.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
