Refund Policy

Creators (GuildPass Customers)

GuildPass subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Because GuildPass provides a digital, automated service:

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

However, we may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of:

• duplicate charges

• technical billing errors

• platform malfunction preventing basic use

Refunds will not be issued for:

• creator misconfiguration

• Discord/Stripe downtime

• role mismanagement caused by server settings

• failure to understand the product

• changes in creator business plans

Members (Customers of Creators)

Members purchase access from creators, not from GuildPass. GuildPass:

• does not handle membership payments

• does not issue refunds for creator products

• does not resolve membership disputes

Members must contact the creator directly.
